We had such a great night dining at Salt & the Cellar at ette hotel. The whole vibe was super stylish but still felt relaxed and welcoming. The food and drinks were seriously delicious. The flavors were so fresh and unique. Every dish felt thoughtful and creative. The staff was awesome too - friendly, helpful, and really knew the menu. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing.

We had an amazing experience! From the environment to the staff...the attention to detail was excellent and the level of service was wonderful! Our server Ginger was stellar and her recommendations were spot on! We could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate our son’s scholar achievements

We found this place by mistake! We were on vacation and it was too late for dinner, so we just found the closest place to our hotel. From the moment we arrived, we loved the atmosphere, the very friendly and professional service, the place is beautiful and cozy, everything extremely clean. I want to thank our waiter Paul, who prioritized the food for our baby since it was a little late for her. The food was excellent, everything was well cooked, and had a perfect flavor. We loved the experience. We'll be back soon!

We had the most incredible dining experience at Salt & the Cellar! From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. Our server, Paul, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and so lovely throughout the evening. He truly elevated our experience with his warm personality and flawless service. The food and cocktails were simply stunning—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. You can tell the chefs take great pride in creating a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond to help us pull off a surprise for our mom’s birthday. Everything went perfectly, and it made the celebration so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. If you’re looking for exceptional food, drinks, and service, Salt & the Cellar is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of dining here for two consecutive evenings during a conference. Perola and Gino were amazing with their service. I can’t recall the name of our waiter the first night but he was fantastic also. My party felt very cared for the moment we entered the restaurant. The food is delicious and I particularly loved the spinach salad that I had both nights. They surprised us with some creative and delicious mocktails and an unbelievable dessert ensemble. This place is amazing!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! We came in for a birthday celebration. We were seated 10 minutes early for our reservation, but didn't get any service for 20. After coming off of the bar, Gabriel came and greeted us and delivered phenomenal service. He was extremely accommodating, and we ordered all of his recommendations. He knows the menu like the back of his hand. Made the night special and we left extremely satisfied. Definitely will be back, gorgeous interior!

Salt & Cellar at the Ette Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was chic yet inviting, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing staff...earm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. A huge shoutout to Gabriel, the masterful bartender who blew us away with his custom Tequila Old Fashioned! This twist on a classic was pure genius—smooth, perfectly balanced, and crafted with such care. Gabriel’s expertise and creativity behind the bar are next-level, and his friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the exquisite food pairings to the impeccable service, was flawless. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding drinks, incredible talent like Gabriel, and a team that makes you feel like family, Salt & Cellar is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return! 10/10 – Highly recommend!

I was looking for a great experience and this place did not disappoint, we started off at the bar and I would highly recommend doing so. The bartenders are masters at their craft and are definitely mix oologists. My wife enjoyed a smoked expresso martini and I got to enjoy and off menu gin cocktail that was original and very good. Then we were off to the table where Rafael discussed the menu in detail and answered any questions we had. We ordered the tuna pizza and it was incredible, light and full of flavor. We also got the chef special sushi roll and again very good. Next was entrees. I got the sea bass and my wife had the scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. If I was to make a complaint it was the squid ink pasta that is served with the bass needs less ink and less garlic. Very flavorful but just too rich. We were so full we passed on desert. I would go back again. Prices for drinks are high but worth it.
